Who are we
BrainBridg_ exists because neurodivergent people deserve more than tolerance—they deserve belonging. I'm Keila—autistic, ADHD, mother, educator—and I founded BrainBridg_ from 19 years of proven methodology that's still working today. Here's how lived experience became evidence-based practice, and why that matters for you.

Our Journey
For 15 years, I've taught at Coventry University. The past 3 years at Master's level. I apply the same principles I developed for my son:
Over these years, I developed what I call the Cascade Method – a systematic approach to ‘impossible’ challenges by finding the emotional core beneath the logic.
Traditional approaches focus on behavioural change and logical solutions. But underneath most ‘impossible’ challenges are emotional drivers: fear, frustration, grief, anger.
When we work with the emotional core – when we feel into the problem rather than just think about it – we find leverage points that pure logic misses.
As a neurodivergent person, this comes naturally to me. I see past surface logic and intuitively sense emotional undercurrents. It’s my neurodivergent advantage.
But over 19 years, I’ve systematised this intuition. Made it replicable. Teachable. Applicable by others.

I’m not here to offer theory packaged as innovation. I’m here to share what actually works—developed over 19 years, tested in real life and education, validated across diverse contexts, proven and replicable.
International Work
I’m fluent in Portuguese and have strong family connections in Brazil and Portugal. My family has been advocating extensively in Brazil and is well-known as an advocate for neurodivergent children in hospitality settings.
I deliver training tours in Brazil — from São Paulo to the Amazon — bringing proven methodology to markets where neurodiversity expertise is needed.
Plans include expansion to USA markets in 2026.
I’m writing a book about this journey. About the battles with systems. About the methodology I developed over 19 years. About transformation that ‘shouldn’t’ have been possible – but was inevitable once proper methodology was applied.
