Where to Start

Why Work With Me?

I’m autistic and have ADHD. I understand what it’s like to think differently, to struggle with things that seem easy for others, to need systems that work for YOUR brain.

I’m not here to make you ‘normal.’ I’m here to help you build the skills and confidence to create the life you want, using methodology I’ve developed and proven over 19 years.

The Cascade Method

Traditional approaches focus on logic and compliance. The Cascade Method – developed and refined over 19 years – recognises that underneath most ‘impossible’ challenges are emotional barriers that logic alone can’t address.

We work with the emotional core – fear, frustration, grief – to unlock solutions that pure analytical approaches miss. This is especially powerful for neurodivergent individuals, who often naturally access these deeper layers.

REAL TRANSFORMATION

THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

WHERE WE STARTED

Diagnosed level 3 at age 3. Nonverbal from 2.5 years old. Multiple comorbidities. Schools said I was harming him by pushing independence.

At 14, we still had a serious issue with toileting. Professionals said to accept it. I didn’t. Two weeks of focused, systematic intervention—developed and refined over years of methodology building – he stopped, he got control over it.

This wasn’t luck. This was years of development, testing, failing, and refinement. Each challenge became an opportunity to strengthen the methodology.

At 22, he’s in his fourth semester at university. He’ll graduate in 2026. Now considered level 2 support needs.

THE REPLICABLE FRAMEWORK

What I developed for my son is now a systematic approach I apply with other families. Not copying what I did—applying proven methodology to your unique situation.

Ready to Build a Path to Healthy Independence?

I understand. You’ve heard “he’ll never be independent” and you’re exhausted from systems that don’t work.

But I also know something they don’t: independence is possible when we redesign the world around young adults instead of trying to fix them.

I spent the last 19 years proving the experts wrong with my own son (Level 3 to Level 2). Now I help families like yours create roadmaps that actually work.

Tell me about your situation. Let’s explore what’s possible.

You've hired neurodivergent talent. They leave within 6 months...

You have policies. Nothing changes. You’ve done the training. Middle management isn’t implementing.

Sound familiar? The problem isn’t your people – it’s your systems.

I don’t do “autism awareness” presentations that change nothing. I redesign processes, train teams, and create environments where neurodivergent employees actually thrive.

One client increased neurodivergent retention by 40% in 6 months. Not through policies. Through transformation.

Ready for genuine inclusion? Tell me about your challenge.

Ready to Transform
Your Presentations?

Your students aren’t struggling because they don’t understand the content. They’re struggling because your slides are creating cognitive barriers you didn’t know existed.
In 2 hours, I’ll teach you the exact framework that took one of my students from 0% (failing, zero submissions) to 80% (faculty said “very advanced for his level”) in just 5 weeks.

Same student. Same intelligence. Better access.

Tell me about your school, and let’s make your teaching genuinely accessible – not performatively inclusive.
